1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the website 4cceleration.com (the “Site”), run by Miguel Angel (@4cceleration), a consultant based in Colombia. By using the Site you accept these terms.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is informational: it presents services, experience and ways to get in touch. You agree to use it lawfully, without trying to disrupt it, access its systems without authorization or scrape its content in bulk for purposes other than reading or indexing.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, code, images and marks belong to their owner or to third parties who authorized their use. Company logos are shown only to reference collaborations and belong to their owners. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Information about services
The content describes services in general terms and is not a binding offer. The scope, price and terms of each project are agreed individually in writing.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to social networks and third-party sites such as Instagram, LinkedIn, GitHub, Substack and YouTube, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle data.
6. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We try to keep the information accurate and available but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or from decisions based solely on its content.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
