Privacy and personal data policy

In compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian data protection rules, this policy explains how we handle the personal data we receive through the Site.

1. Data controller

2. Data we handle

  • What you send when you email us: name, email address, company and whatever you choose to include about your project.
  • Technical data recorded by the hosting provider when you visit the Site: IP address, browser and device, pages requested, date and time. It is used to run and protect the Site.
  • The Site has no forms, creates no accounts, runs no analytics or ads and sets no tracking cookies.
  • We do not request sensitive data or data about children or adolescents.

3. Purposes

  • Answering your messages and contact requests.
  • Preparing and sending proposals and managing any resulting business relationship.
  • Running the Site, keeping it secure and preventing abuse.
  • Meeting legal obligations.

4. Authorization

By writing to us voluntarily you authorize us to handle the data you send for the purposes above. You can revoke that authorization at any time, except where a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.

5. Your rights

As the data subject you can:

  • Know, update and correct your data.
  • Request proof of the authorization you gave.
  • Be told how your data has been used.
  • Revoke the authorization and ask for your data to be deleted.
  • Access your data free of charge.
  • File complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law, after first submitting your query or claim to the controller.

6. Queries and claims

Write to team@onehundredcompany.com with your name, how you want to receive the answer and your request. We answer queries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as the law allows.

7. Processors and transfers

To operate we use providers that may process data on our behalf, such as web hosting and email. Some have servers outside Colombia, for example in the United States; in those cases we look for adequate levels of protection. We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as the law requires, and apply reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss or use.

9. Effective date and changes

This policy is effective from its publication. If it changes substantially, we will say so on this page with a new update date.
